Francesca, after gaining experience at the "Rooms and Breakfast il Punto ...", decided to open her home to guests.
"Punto 41" is born a few steps from the historic center of Peschiera del Garda and on the shores of the lake. Excellent location near the train station and free shuttles to Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva World.

The private nursing home "Dott. Pederzoli" was born in 1947, in Peschiera del Garda, mainly for surgical purposes by the will of Dr. Piero Pederzoli.
Our facility is located a few hundred meters from the Pederzoli Clinic hospital and thanks to its privileged position, we can provide guests with quick access to the facility.
We have rooms with private kitchenettes and suites with living rooms with kitchenettes.

PESCHIERA DEL GARDA
Peschiera del Garda is located about 25 kilometers west of Verona. It faces south of Lake Garda in an area sheltered from the winds.
The Mincio emissary of Lake Garda comes out of Peschiera. The construction of the walled city of Peschiera surrounded by water has changed the natural course of the river: in fact, to allow the defense of the city, three branches were built which exit the lake and then meet south of the town.
It is also the starting point of a 43.5 km cycle path that passes along the towpaths of the Mincio river, between the cities of Peschiera del Garda and Mantua. The departure, if you follow the north-south route, is at the railway viaduct of Peschiera del Garda. The track starts on the right bank of the Mincio, passing to the left in the municipality of Monzambano, near the Salionze dam.
The city has an important railway station on the Milan-Venice line where Frecciarossa EC and Italo high-speed trains of the Turin-Venice HS line and the regional and regional fast trains of the Brescia-Verona line stop. Until 1967, the Mantua-Peschiera railway was also part of it.
Peschiera has a toll booth on the A4 motorway and is crossed by the regional (former state) roads 11 Padana Superiore and 249 Gardesana Orientale.

Italian, English, German and integration with digital payment into the online booking system.
Software has also been acquired which also provides for the simultaneous transmission of the data relating to guests at Questura and Istat.
A portable PC was updated to operate in the management of the structure even outside the home and to replace the video door entry system for remote response and remote management of the air conditioning system.
